Double Trouble In Bay Area Real Estate

I was going through some old posts on the site, and I stumbled upon this one from eight years ago, in which I, accompanied by mirthful Slopers, laughed at this tiny house being sold for $2 million.

You, ah, probably know where this is going. Here’s the exact same house and its updated price. So, mirthful or not, this sucker is 100% more expensive than it was when we were all laughing and pointing.

Suffice it to say, owning property in the Bay Area has continued to be, against all logic, one of the most solid investments in the world.
