    Hi Lee,

I am one of those people that exhausted benefits.
I was a Director of Software Engineering, then a senior project manager consultant at Fidelity and State Street in Boston.

On 11/5/08 all projects where put on hold (Obama Wins), itwaslike a fire drill. Of course consultants are not counted as head count.

I was one of those 6 figure guys in his 50’s.

So,sent out 300+ resumes while I was selling my house, 2 phone interviews. What I quickly learned was if there was a pull down box that ask the year you graduated high school it was a waste of time to apply, then after 6 months its like you are unemployable.

I use to pay 50K in taxes, now I calculate how long at can last at 59.

Nice to know after managing $30 million projects with 90 person teams you are not counted anymore

    Thanks Bill
