Leeb is talking about use and availability of metals. Particularly noted his comments re silver, “can’t have solar without silver.”
If this is true, does not the rise in silver price snuff a nascent solar, alternate energy initiative? Or does it merely contribute to rising asset prices as is desired by fed?
I thought afgan was rich in rare earth and our reason d’etre there was extracting these.
