I got lucky and accidentally received this in the mail by mistake from the Fed. It was supposed to go to some Saudi Prince but they foulked up and mailed this to me. That happened before when they lost about 80 billion shrink wrapped thousands on skids that ended up on some fishing boat that went missing.
