Dow Down 1,400 Points Since Fed Chair Spoke to Congress on Feb 27th (VIX and TYVIX On The Rise)

February 27th is the day when Fed Chair Jerome Powell spoke to Congress about the state of the US economy.

And the Dow have fallen 1,400 since that speech.


Stock market volatility (VIX) is rising once more as is the 10-year T-note volatility (TYVIX)..


Of course, there were other economic new bits such as inflation remaining repressed …


and Trump announcing steel and aluminum tariffs.

Powell also spoke to the US Senate on March 1st.
