Yes, San Francisco and the Bay Area is simply unaffordable … if you aren’t Mark Zuckerberg or a similar 1%’er.

Yes, The Federal Reserve has done it’s part in shrinking negative equity by its ZIRP and QE. But also making housing unaffordable for many Californians.

And the percentage of 18-34 year olds (Millenial Falcons) are still living in their parents’ home.
