Yes, The Federal Reserve has done it’s part in shrinking negative equity by its ZIRP and QE. But also making housing unaffordable for many Californians.
And the percentage of 18-34 year olds (Millenial Falcons) are still living in their parents’ home.
I wouldn’t mind living in Zuckerberg’s basement …
except that Zuckerberg already has 16 armed bodyguards living there.
