Cycle Screening Measures Set All Time Record

Cycle screening measures set an all time record on Monday. The aggregate measure fell to -2900, the lowest level in the 10 years since these measures were developed, breaking the January 2015 low of -2804. That was at a short term low when the market was still uptrending. This is in the context of the first leg of a bear market. Here’s what it suggests about when to expect and how to spot a bottom.
