Stock Market Down Phase That Didn’t Go Down May Be Finished

The market is in a time window for a 6 month cycle upturn. Today’s action hints at the beginning of that turn, but there’s no confirmation yet and the bottoming process could be complete or take several weeks. The preceding down phase did not go down in absolute terms, the market just slowed its advance. That’s usually bullish. The market remains on target for the projected 10-12 month cycle high at the projected time within the projected price range.
