The 36 year cycle is the Kodratieff wave, if you name it
Kondratieff actually theorized a cycle lasting 45-60 years. The 36 year cycle would be between the Kondratieff and the Kuznets (15-25) years.
There is no name that I know of for a cycle of 36 years. So if you name it you should call it the Adler Cycle. LOL
